FAQ

Which CRM and email platforms do you know well?

HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, KeyCRM, Customer.io, Intercom, AMO CRM, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Brevo (Sendinblue), and in practice almost any system with an API or Make / Zapier connector. For e-commerce I usually use Klaviyo + Shopify / WooCommerce. For SaaS, HubSpot or Customer.io. For B2B, HubSpot or Pipedrive. If your CRM is not on the list, send it over. I have probably worked with it already or can get up to speed quickly.

How large should the list be before automation makes sense?

From about 300-500 subscribers, it already makes sense to launch a welcome flow and abandoned-cart logic. Below 300, the focus is usually list growth. CRM automation does not depend on list size and is worth setting up from the first lead.

Do you write the emails too?

Yes. I write email copy in Ukrainian and English, and can edit German when needed. That includes subject line, preview text, body copy, and CTA. Tone of voice is adapted to your brand, from strict B2B to warmer DTC.

How long does setup take?

Audit takes 3-5 business days. Basic automation (3 flows) usually takes 2-3 weeks. A full CRM setup with 5+ automations takes 4-6 weeks. Final timing depends on integration complexity and the amount of copywriting involved.

Do you help with deliverability?

Yes. I check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warming plans for new domains. Deliverability is foundational. If emails land in spam, no automation stack will save the channel.

What happens after setup? Do I have to manage it all myself?

I hand over all access, documentation, and the automation map. The Full Cycle package includes 30 days of support: metric monitoring, bug fixes, and answers for the team. Ongoing monthly management is also available and scoped separately.
