Traffic is there, but orders are low because people drop off at the final step. We analyze checkout and product pages to find where and why buyers abandon.
There are plenty of sign-ups, but very few paid customers. We find where onboarding stalls and test changes that lift conversion into a paid plan.
Ads are running and budget is being spent, but the form stays empty. For pages with 3,000+ monthly visitors, we run A/B tests; for lower traffic, we rely on UX audit and direct changes.

We compare revenue or lead volume before and after in GA4. For e-commerce, we track revenue per visitor. Across my CRO work, average ROI lands around 2.4x on the investment.
Yes. GA4 funnels, heatmaps, and event tracking are the foundation of CRO analysis. Without a proper GA4 setup, we cannot see where users drop off. If GA4 is not configured yet, I handle that first.
