6. Sharing with Google for Customer Match and conversion measurement
In the course of providing paid-media services to clients of Ad Astra Marketing, we may share hashed customer data (email addresses, phone numbers) with Google for the purposes of Google Ads Customer Match, Enhanced Conversions, and Offline Conversion Import. This data is hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm before transmission, in accordance with Google's specifications, and is used exclusively to match existing customers to their Google accounts so that paid-media campaigns can be targeted, measured, and attributed correctly.
We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients (the data controllers) for this activity. Where required by GDPR, the EU User Consent Policy, or the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act, our clients are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their own end-customers before this data is shared with us for processing.

You may request that we exclude your data from any such matching by contacting us at support@adastramarketing.website.
