Do I need technical knowledge on my side?

No. You explain what needs to happen, I build it, and I hand it over with documentation and team training. After delivery, you or the team can make small edits yourselves.

What if a workflow breaks?

I set up error handling and automatic alerts so you get notified before the failure becomes a business problem. Ongoing support is available after launch, and larger packages already include a month of support.
