Commercial proposals

Invoices
Invoices are generated as PDF too, with different templates you can tailor to your brand. Automatic generation based on services and amounts, payment reminders, and status tracking.
Full financial analytics
- PnL report – a full profit and loss report by client and by period
- Client margin – how much you earn on each client after expenses
- Client LTV – how much a client has brought in over the whole relationship
- Target revenue – how much you want to earn per month, quarter, and year, and how close you are to it

AI Planner: schedule, workload, deadlines
AI Planner is more than a calendar. It is a system that calculates your workload, your plans, and your goals, then builds a schedule so you do not overwork or miss deadlines.

- Google Calendar – calendar integration for event syncing

Client card
Every client gets a detailed card: contacts, project history, finances, LTV, and notes. You can also set the time you spend on that client, and the AI Planner will take it into account.
Client health card
The system automatically assesses the health of the client relationship: activity, payment punctuality, workload, and communication frequency. That helps you spot problematic clients early and prioritize your work.
Learning module: AI analyzes your mistakes
When you close a task, you can note the problems you encountered or describe in your own words what blocked the work. AI analyzes that and:

- Identifies which skills need improvement
- Generates an individual learning plan
- Suggests specific resources and topics to study

Freelance OS supports Telegram integration. You can connect your own Telegram bot that will:

What is needed to run it
Freelance OS is a SaaS platform that integrates with your services via API. For the full feature set you need your own keys:
- OpenAI or Anthropic API – for the AI assistant, including pitches, proposals, analytics, and learning
- FreelanceHunt API – for automatic project search and filtering on the marketplace
- Telegram Bot API – for notifications and quick updates through messenger
